We are in a growth phase and are now looking for an experienced, engaged, and solution-oriented traffic controller and transport administrator for our tourist bus operations in Kristianstad.

This is a varied and responsible role for you who thrive on juggling multiple tasks and working independently in an operation where plans sometimes need to change quickly. We have a great need for reinforcement and are therefore looking for someone who can step into the role and contribute from day one.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with tasks such as:

• Traffic control and staffing of tourist buses
• Planning of drivers, vehicles, and trips
• Handling and monitoring of driving and rest times
• Working with IDHA Online
• Creating and handling quotations for bus transport
• Bookings, customer contact, and ongoing administration
• Checking that buses are in order before trips
• Booking and coordinating service, repairs, and maintenance as needed
• Contact with drivers, workshops, customers, and partners
• Other office work as it arises

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in traffic control, transport management, or similar work
• Have good knowledge of driving and rest time regulations
• Hold a Category D driver's license
• Have very good computer skills
• Are structured, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
• Can prioritize and make decisions when conditions change quickly
• Are service-oriented and communicate clearly with both drivers and customers
• Can work independently and take responsibility for daily planning

Since we need reinforcement immediately, it is important that you have relevant experience and can quickly get up to speed with the tasks.

Merits
