The Role

We are currently looking for several order pickers for a company located in Västberga. No prior experience is required for this position. We are looking for hungry, curious, and quick-learning individuals with a strong will to work and deliver results.

The work is measured individually, and you should be driven by the desire to pick even more, competing against yourself and within the group. You view the work setup as a fun challenge rather than a stressful task.

About Aleja AB

Aleja AB is a staffing agency primarily active in Stockholm. We offer 24/7 on-call service to our customers, meaning we have assignments during all hours of the day and night. We provide staff across a wide range of industries, including transport and warehousing, construction and demolition, decontamination and cleaning, as well as other heavy labor jobs that do not require extensive prior knowledge or education.

Working with us means you are offered the opportunity to either work steadily with the same client over a longer period, or alternatively, gain compact and solid work experience in a short time through many different short, intensive assignments.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who are energetic in the mornings, flexible, and not afraid to try new things or meet new people. With us, you have the opportunity to try out different types of jobs, such as warehousing, decontamination, assembly, manual labor, and demolition.

Employment Conditions

To be employed as extra staff with us, you must be a student and be able to show a valid student certificate, or alternatively, support yourself through another main occupation, e.g., another part-time job. We prefer that you, if you are studying and applying for this position, are enrolled in longer studies and have at least one year left of your studies.

The Rescue Patrol

Are you a student? Do you want to earn some extra money? Then you have come to the right place! The Rescue Patrol at Aleja is now looking for new recruits. The function of our patrol is to step in when we need urgent help at the customer site, such as in cases of illness among our own or the customer's staff, unexpected work peaks, or other urgent assignments. However, it is important that you can dedicate at least two full weekdays per week, meaning no weekends or split shifts, so that we have the opportunity to offer you work assignments.
