Here, you will work closely with the business operations regarding operations, administration, further development, and qualified 3rd line support, with a special focus on Exchange Online. • You work with the operations, administration, and further development of the M365 suite.
• You are responsible for 3rd line support and troubleshooting, with a focus on Exchange Online.
• You manage and optimize Microsoft licenses based on business needs.
• You support work in a hybrid environment with Exchange on-premises and online.
• You contribute to migration from on-premises to Exchange Online.
• You share knowledge and support training for the client's internal resources.

• Experience working in a hybrid environment with Exchange on-premises and online.
• Experience in projects where Exchange has been migrated from on-premises to online.
• Experience with license management related to Microsoft.
• Experience with the entire M365 suite from both user and admin perspectives.
• Experience in similar assignments.
• Experience from municipal operations and/or public administration.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience with Exchange Online Protection, including Anti-Spam and Threat Response.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, focusing on auditing correspondence in collaboration tools.
