About the role

We are expanding our team and looking for more warehouse staff for our client, Rechon Life Science! As an employee in the Dispatch & Storage department, your main responsibility is to ensure an efficient flow of materials to the production and packaging departments, as well as other parts of the operations. The role also involves some heavy lifting. At Rechon, work is conducted according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Your duties will include:

• Driving forklifts, loading and unloading trucks
• Receiving goods and reporting them into our ERP system, Jeeves
• Daily inventory checks
• Internal transport

This is a full-time consultancy position via Adecco, starting in July 2026. The working hours are split into two shifts: one week you will work between 06:00–14:30, and the following week between 09:30–18:00.

About you

We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once. You should be computer literate and have experience with warehouse management systems, but most importantly, you must have a curiosity and desire to learn and develop. The role requires strong prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work independently and solve problems.

Requirements for the role:

• Forklift license A+B
• Previous forklift driving experience
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken)

Merits:

• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in warehouse/logistics within the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of GMP

A background check will be conducted by Rechon Life Science prior to employment.
