WeStaff Sweden is now looking for meticulous and technically interested machine operators for an international technology company operating in advanced production. The company develops and manufactures high-tech products and precision components used by customers worldwide across several different industries.

The Role

As a machine operator, you will become an important part of the production where you work with the manufacturing of technical precision components. You are responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, making adjustments as needed, and ensuring that products maintain high quality through careful checks.

The work takes place in a structured and professional production environment where attention to detail, problem-solving, and collaboration are important parts of everyday life. You will work together with competent colleagues in production and technology and have the opportunity to develop your knowledge within advanced manufacturing.

• Working Hours: Full-time. Initially daytime Monday–Friday during training. Thereafter, work in 2 shifts: one week daytime 06:00–14:00 and the following week evening time 14:00–22:00.

• Start: Immediately/agreed upon with earliest start in August

• Location: Northern Stockholm

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up, run, and monitor production machines

• Adjust machine parameters to ensure correct quality and results

• Check and measure components according to given quality requirements

• Follow up and document production results

• Work according to drawings, instructions, and production materials

• Contribute to improvement work regarding processes and working methods

• Collaborate with colleagues in production and technology

Who are we looking for?

You thrive both working independently and together with others in a team. You are curious, solution-oriented, and want to continue developing within technology and production.

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience as a machine operator, assembler, or similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Ability to read and understand drawings as well as technical instructions

• Experience with quality control, measurement, or inspection in production

• A strong interest in technology and production processes

• Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)

Meritorious/extra plus if you have:

• Experience with CNC-controlled machines

• Experience from precision or fine mechanical production

• Experience working in a technically advanced production environment

• Technical education or equivalent work experience
