Your Responsibilities

In this role, you work together with colleagues and suppliers to manage and further develop our IT operations. You will become an important part of a team where collaboration, dialogue, and shared responsibility create the conditions for stable, secure, and purposeful IT support.

You will, among other things:

• Develop, implement, and follow up on management plans and budgets
• Follow up on contracts and deliveries related to your area of responsibility
• Ensure that our IT support is stable, secure, and adapted to the needs of the operations
• Responsible for lifecycle planning from a holistic perspective
• Coordinate and drive activities together with colleagues and external suppliers
• Contribute to development and improvement in an organization that is constantly changing.

Everyday life is characterized by many contact points, varying tasks, and sometimes complex issues. It is not always clear from the start which path is the right one, but you will become part of a context where we work together to move forward.

We are primarily a client organization as large parts of our IT environment are outsourced.

Your Competence

Requirements:

• Technical university education with a focus on IT, or equivalent competence acquired in another way
• Experience in management and/or project management. Alternatively, experience in system administration or in leading and coordinating development work
• An understanding of the IT landscape, i.e., how systems, integrations, infrastructure, and security are connected
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written.

Merits:

• Experience in managing and further developing case management systems for processing and registration within authorities or municipalities
• Experience in ordering IT services or experience working as a consultant in a similar field
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up

About the Position

The employment is permanent and full-time with placement in Stockholm or Östersund. Start date as soon as possible according to agreement. We apply a six-month probation period.
