Are you an IT Architect with experience as a Workday Integration Specialist with a focus on Payroll? Then you have found the right job!

About the Role

The role involves designing, developing, and troubleshooting data integrations to and from Workday, as well as maintaining oversight of the infrastructure. You will analyze the architecture and assess its impact on the client's broader IT environment. The position also involves communication with vendors.

You will join as a consultant and become part of a team working together to manage and develop integrations. The role also includes providing support to users. The position is based in Stockholm or Linköping.

Competency Requirements

• Documented experience with Workday Integration Framework
• Experience with Workday inbound and outbound integrations (development and troubleshooting)
• Coding experience
• Experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for simpler file-based integrations
• Core Connectors (one or more, preferably certified)
• Knowledge of HCM (Human Capital Management)
• Knowledge of Payroll
• Workday Studio (to build more advanced integrations). If you cannot use Studio but can use Eclipse, for example, this is learnable.
• Experience with the following APIs, data formats, and protocols:
• PGP and SFTP
• REST and SOAP
• Ability to map data between systems
• Understanding of HR processes ("Core HR", Payroll, Learning, etc.)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Previous experience with payroll integrations or integrations in general related to Workday
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
