We are looking for you who want to work with patients in their home environment and contribute to their freedom and influence over daily life in their own homes. You and your nursing colleagues drive and develop a competent operation where high care quality and patient safety are in focus.

As a nurse, you lead the health and medical care work regarding the patients. You will make independent assessments, identify and prevent risks, execute prescriptions, supervise and train staff, and delegate health and medical care tasks to care personnel. The patients' need for health and medical care varies from preventive to advanced medical care needs, leading to varied and diverse work. The work is primarily during daytime hours, but it also includes working in shared on-call duties and serving every fourth weekend.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and have specialist education in elderly care or as a district nurse. We would like you to have experience working within municipal health and medical care. The job requires that you have a B-driver's license as you travel to your patient visits by car.

You need to be able to work independently, make your own assessments, and make decisions in your work. Furthermore, we see that you have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the team. You take your tasks seriously, are keen on finishing what you have started, and ensure that the work is done correctly. We place great importance on personal qualities and that you are keen on providing good treatment to everyone you meet in your professional role.
