Occupational Therapist/Rehabilitation Coordinator at Bra Liv Rosenlund

We are looking for an engaged, licensed occupational therapist who wants to combine clinical work with rehabilitation coordination at Bra Liv Rosenlund Health Center. Bra Liv Health Centers, with 33 health centers in Jönköping County, offer excellent opportunities for professional development in your role as an occupational therapist/rehabilitation coordinator.

Your Responsibilities

As an occupational therapist, you will work independently with assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for minor traumas, overuse issues, and chronic pain. The role also includes fitting and manufacturing custom orthoses, memory assessments, activity and function assessments, as well as group activities such as ReDO and Ha Koll.

In the role of rehabilitation coordinator, you play a vital part by providing early coordination efforts to facilitate the sick leave process. You will identify patients needing coordinated interventions, map rehabilitation needs, and support the rehabilitation plan to help patients regain their work capacity.

About You

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. Experience in primary care and rehabilitation coordination is a plus. To thrive in this role, you should be collaborative, as much of the work is done in teams centered around the patient. You must also be able to work independently, make decisions within your area of expertise, and be flexible in your approach.
