Job Responsibilities

Examples of tasks:

• Support in personal care and daily chores
• Help with meals, cleaning, and shopping
• Social support and activities
• Documentation and collaboration with colleagues
• The work is varied and can be performed both independently and in teams.

Practical Information about the Role

• As an hourly substitute, you work as needed and enter your availability yourself in TimeCarePool.
• As a monthly substitute, you receive a schedule and a monthly employment contract.
• Working hours: day, evening, night, and weekends.
• You should be able to work approximately three shifts/week and some weekends per month.
• Introduction and training are included, including delegation if necessary.

Qualifications and Merits

The most important thing is your attitude and commitment! We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive, responsible, and enjoys working with people.
• Is flexible and can adapt to different situations.
• Can work independently and take initiative.
• Is at least 18 years old.
• Can speak and write Swedish.
• Has basic digital skills.
• Has access to BankID.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare and social care.
• Category B driver's license (required for home care and some operations).
• Additional language skills.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Visit the police website to request an extract from the criminal record register. This can be done digitally with an electronic ID or by filling out a form. Note that processing time can be up to two weeks, so order the extract in good time. We prefer that you order the extract to your digital mailbox, as delivery is usually faster.

Work Environment and Benefits
