Description

Are you attracted by the opportunity to develop healthcare with the patient in focus and in good collaboration with other actors? Then you are the one we are looking for!

The clinic is part of Skaraborg Hospital Adult Psychiatry and provides specialist psychiatric care. We work process-oriented based on three diagnostic processes: neuropsychiatry, psychosis, and affective disorders. We are approximately 60 people working at the unit with different professions, and together we provide a rich range of competencies. We collaborate with the municipality, primary care, and other healthcare partners, and our catchment area includes the municipalities of Skövde, Karlsborg, Tibro, and Hjo.

We are located in newly built and modern facilities at Skaraborg Hospital Skövde.

Job Responsibilities

The position involves working as a rehabilitation coordinator at the clinic in Skövde. You work together with doctors and other professions to initiate and coordinate rehabilitation efforts within healthcare. You are the central hub for internal coordination and actively collaborate with external actors such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and employers, among others. Additionally, you provide personal support and have a coordinating function in individual cases regarding rehabilitation and sick leave processes. You are part of a network with rehabilitation coordinators within adult psychiatry, where you regularly participate in meetings and collegial supervision.

We also offer a wellness allowance, have a health inspirer on the unit, and the possibility for lunchtime exercise initiated by colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience from the rehabilitation field and adult psychiatry. You are university-educated, such as an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, social worker, or similar, with good knowledge and competence in insurance medicine. Ideally, we see that you have undergone some form of training as a rehabilitation coordinator. Experience in similar work and licensure in a healthcare profession is meritorious. You are a self-motivated person with natural drive, interested in collaboration internally within the administration but also externally with various actors, and interested in operational development. You put the patient's best interests at the center and are sensitive to their needs.

As the position may involve transportation by car, we require a Class B driver's license. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Other Information

In appointments within psychiatry, we request extracts from the suspicion and criminal record register. This request is handled by the employer.
