Vulkekonomi AB is a niche industrial company specializing in the service, installation, splicing, and maintenance of conveyor belts. We work closely with our customers in the industrial, logistics, and production sectors, known for our high quality, rapid response times, and strong focus on safety.

The work is often performed on-site at customer locations and in teams, requiring strong collaboration skills, responsibility, and a service-oriented mindset.

About the role:

• Installation and splicing of conveyor belts
• Service, troubleshooting, and repair
• Preventive maintenance in industrial environments
• Customer contact and on-site consulting

You will work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team where everyone supports each other. Therefore, strong collaboration skills are a key factor in this role.

The position starts as a consultancy assignment via Recruitive, with the ambition that you will be hired directly after 6–10 months if the collaboration goes well.

Requirements for the role

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Forklift license
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Hands-on personality who enjoys physical work
• At least 2 years of professional experience in practical work or service

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, assembly, or service
• Forklift license or other relevant certificates
• Experience in customer contact and service
• Sports background – e.g., team sports or club activities
