Our office is located at Rödkallens väg 10, where we gather before each shift to distribute daily home visits and assignments. Job Responsibilities

The role in home care involves providing individually tailored support and care to people in their homes, creating security and improving their daily lives. The position requires handling varied work and a fast pace, performing many tasks carefully and efficiently with high quality. The duties also include administering medication after delegation from a nurse.

You will work closely with a team of various professional disciplines to create the best possible conditions for our users. Part of your work involves documenting according to the Social Services Act in the system Pulsen Combine.

Working hours are varied, and you will work according to a schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should:

• have relevant experience
• hold a B-driver's license
• have good digital competence
• be able to provide proof of Swedish language proficiency equivalent to grade 9

It is an advantage if you are trained as an Assistant Nurse. As a person, you are relationship-building, solution-oriented, and collaborative. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal competencies.
