About the role

Do you own your own business, are you a retiree, a student, or do you have another main occupation of at least 50%? We are now looking for new employees for warehousing / picking and packing at Kährs in Nybro.

You will become an important part of the production and logistics flow. In this role, you are responsible for picking articles according to orders, packing, preparing for delivery, and ongoing quality control. The work is varied and the pace can be high during certain periods. You will receive an on-site introduction and work in close collaboration with colleagues and team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Pick articles from the warehouse according to order and picking systems

• Pack and secure goods for transport according to given instructions

• Check the condition and quantity of articles and report discrepancies

• Sort and label packages and prepare for pickup

• Maintain order in the work area and follow safety procedures

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to an efficient workflow

About you

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, quick, and enjoys practical work in a team. You have good collaboration skills and are solution-oriented. The work requires that you can work structured even at times with a high pace and that you take responsibility for your part of the process.

Formal qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Previous experience from picking and packing or warehousing is an advantage

• Forklift license is an advantage but not always a requirement

• You must be able to work in two shifts
