Psychiatric Nurse with CBT Competence Needed in Aneby

We are looking for a psychiatric nurse with competence in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to strengthen our psychosocial team. In this role, you will primarily work with counseling and therapy. You will meet individuals with mild to moderate psychiatric conditions, with a particular focus on depression and anxiety disorders. The work also includes crisis intervention and support. To a lesser extent, you will work with individuals at risk of alcohol abuse.
The position also involves participating in our on-call service, which means working shifts at the emergency clinic in Eksjö approximately 8–10 times per year.
Aneby Health Center is a small and personal workplace with a good atmosphere and close collaboration between different professional groups. We are a privately owned health center operating on behalf of Region Jönköping County, with the same conditions and responsibilities as other health centers in the region. The owners of the health center are actively involved in clinical practice, which contributes to short decision-making processes and great opportunities to influence the content and development of the work.
