We at WeStaff Sweden are seeking machine operators for an international technology company. The company specializes in advanced production of precision components and technical systems used by clients worldwide across various industries.

The Role

As a machine operator, you will become a vital part of producing technical precision components. Your responsibilities include operating machinery, fine-tuning details, and conducting control measurements to ensure products meet high-quality standards. You will work in a structured production environment where collaboration, precision, and responsibility are central.

Working Hours: Full-time. Initially daytime Monday–Friday during training. Afterwards, the schedule will be 2-shift: one week daytime (06.00–14.00) and the following week evening (14.00–22.00). Start Date: August or immediately upon agreement. Location: Northern Stockholm.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate production machinery
  • Monitor and adjust machine processes as needed
  • Measure and inspect components according to quality requirements
  • Document and follow up on production results
  • Participate in process and workflow improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues in production and engineering

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is precise, technically interested, and thrives in structured work environments. You are responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering high-quality work. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What We Hope You Have:

  • Experience as a machine operator or assembler in manufacturing
  • Ability to read technical drawings and instructions
  • Experience with quality control or measurement in production
  • Interest in technology and production processes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CNC-controlled machines
  • Experience from precision or fine mechanical production
  • Experience working in a technically advanced production environment
  • Technical education or equivalent work experience
