We are looking for someone with experience from the restaurant industry and a strong network within hotels, restaurants, events, or the visitor industry. You understand the industry, can speak the customers' language, and have the ability to create long-term business relationships.

In this role, you will work on developing new customer relationships, finding business opportunities, and helping us grow in the market.

kock.in is a staffing agency focused on hotels, restaurants, events, and arenas. We provide chefs and service staff to some of Sweden's most well-known operators.

Your Focus

• Conduct customer meetings both digitally and in person
• Negotiate and draft contracts
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure high quality for the customer
• Work towards clear KPIs and goals

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in B2B sales or a similar role
• Has experience from the restaurant industry and a strong network within hotels, restaurants, events, or the visitor industry
• Is self-motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys winning but also building long-term relationships
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (English is a plus)
