We are looking for a System Administrator who wants to work with our monitoring and control systems, Qlik Sense, and Stratsys. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to strengthening our data-driven approach.

Sundbyberg Municipality is in an exciting development phase where digitalization, data-driven work, and smart solutions are becoming an increasingly important part of operations. To strengthen our work, we are now expanding from one to two system administrators. In the role as System Administrator you will work both strategically and operationally with our systems. You will become an important link between operations, IT, and suppliers, and have the opportunity to contribute to how the city's system support develops forward.

In the role as System Administrator, you will among other things:

• be responsible for the administration and further development of the systems Qlik Sense and Stratsys together with your system administrator colleague
• ensure stable operation and good function in the systems
• be the contact person between operations, IT, and external suppliers
• handle permissions, configuration, and system administration
• participate in development projects and improvement work, including strengthening our data-driven approach
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, services, and working methods

We are looking for you who have experience in system administration or similar work with IT support within operational control, monitoring, or analysis. You have an understanding of data, reporting, and operational and economic processes, and enjoy working both close to operations and technically.

It is meritorious if you have experience of project and development work, as well as working with Qlik Sense and Stratsys. Experience from a politically governed organization is also meritorious. We would also like you to have an interest in or experience of IT architecture, for example regarding integrations, system landscapes, and how different IT solutions interact. It is also meritorious if you have programming skills or other automation-related experience.
