Behind every successful ERP implementation is a project manager who understands that a business system is about much more than just technology. It is about operations, processes, people, and change.

At Edge, we collaborate with companies and organizations that invest in modern ERP platforms to streamline their operations and create the prerequisites for future growth. We are now looking for more experienced ERP Project Managers who want to become part of our network of senior consultants.

You lead change, not just implementations

As an ERP Project Manager, you lead projects that often impact the entire organization. You are responsible for creating structure, coordinating operations and IT, and ensuring that the project delivers both technical and business value.

You work closely with management, process owners, business specialists, solution architects, development teams, and external vendors. Whether the project involves a new ERP system, an international rollout, or a migration to the cloud, your task is to drive progress and build trust throughout the entire change journey.

• Implementation of new ERP platforms
• ERP modernization and upgrades
• Cloud migrations
• International rollouts
• Process harmonization
• Data migration and Master Data
• Integration between ERP and other business systems

You will have the opportunity to work in complex environments where multiple business areas, countries, and vendors collaborate.

We believe you have

You have at least eight years of experience in project management and have led several major ERP projects from feasibility studies to established solutions. You are confident in managing budgets, schedules, resources, vendors, and change management, and you have a good understanding of how business systems support operational processes.

We would appreciate it if you had experience with one or more ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Oracle ERP Cloud, IFS, Infor, Unit4, Jeeves, or Monitor ERP. Experience in manufacturing industry, logistics, supply chain, finance, or purchasing is also considered an asset.
