Customer relationships are today one of the most important assets for any business. Therefore, CRM projects are rarely just technical initiatives; they are about developing sales, marketing, service, and customer experience through smart digital solutions.
At Edge, we collaborate with companies and organizations that invest in modern CRM platforms to create data-driven customer journeys and more efficient business processes. We are now looking for more experienced CRM Project Managers who want to become part of our network of senior consultants.
We are not hiring for a specific role. We are looking for you who want to be ready to lead the next major CRM transformation.
Where Business Meets Technology
As a CRM Project Manager, you are responsible for projects where business, technology, and customer experience need to be developed together. You lead change initiatives from analysis and planning to implementation, training, and establishment within the organization.
You work closely with sales organizations, marketing departments, customer service, business owners, solution architects, development teams, and external partners. Your role is to create alignment among different stakeholders and ensure that the CRM platform delivers real business value.
Projects with the Customer in Focus
With our clients, you can work on:
- Implementation of new CRM platforms
- Modernization of existing CRM solutions
- Migration to cloud-based CRM systems
- Customer Experience programs
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service transformations
- Marketing Automation
- Customer Data Platforms
- Integration between CRM, ERP, and other business systems
- AI support for sales and customer service
- Data and analytics initiatives linked to the customer journey
You lead projects where both technology and business need to develop simultaneously, and where change management is a crucial success factor.
We Believe You Have
You have at least eight years of project management experience and have led several CRM-related projects or larger digitalization initiatives. You are accustomed to working closely with the business and feel confident leading cross-functional teams responsible for budget, schedule, quality, and delivery.
We would appreciate it if you have experience with one or more of the market's leading CRM platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP CX, Oracle CX, or Zendesk.
If you have also worked with Marketing Automation, Customer Journey Mapping, Power Platform, Copilot, AI, or data-driven sales development, we consider it a significant plus.
