Where innovation becomes reality

As an AI & Data Project Manager, you lead projects that help businesses become more data-driven, automated, and intelligent. You are responsible for creating structure throughout the entire project lifecycle, from idea, feasibility study, and strategy to implementation, change management, and establishment within the business.

You work closely with business managers, product owners, data engineers, data scientists, AI specialists, solution architects, development teams, and external partners. Your most important task is to create alignment between technology and business and ensure that AI and data initiatives lead to concrete results.

With our clients, you can lead everything from the establishment of modern data platforms and Business Intelligence solutions to AI programs, advanced analytics, machine learning, intelligent automation, and the development of generative AI solutions.

We believe you have

You have at least eight years of experience in IT project management and have led larger projects or programs where data, analytics, AI, or digitalization were a central part of the delivery.

You feel comfortable working in complex environments with many stakeholders and have experience planning, monitoring, and steering projects with responsibility for budget, resources, quality, and delivery.

You do not need to be a data engineer or AI specialist yourself, but you have sufficient technical understanding to lead cross-functional teams and create effective dialogue between business and technical specialists.

If you have experience with AI strategies, data governance, modern cloud platforms, or larger transformation programs, we consider this highly meritorious.

However, the most important thing is not which tools you have worked with, but your ability to lead people and create successful deliveries.
