We are now looking for more experienced Technical Project Managers who want to become part of our network of senior consultants.

We are not hiring for a specific assignment. We are looking for individuals who want to lead the technical projects that shape tomorrow's digital society.

Technology changes fast, secure leadership remains

As a Technical Project Manager, you have a unique ability to understand both the technology and the business needs. You don't need to be the one writing the code, but you feel confident in dialogues with developers, solution architects, product owners, and technical specialists.

You know how complex technical environments work, how dependencies affect deliveries, and how the right prioritizations can create momentum even when many teams work in parallel.

With our clients, you lead projects where technology is often at the center, but where success is determined by leadership, collaboration, and clear communication.

From modern platforms to business-critical deliveries

Our assignments cover many different technology areas. This can involve developing new digital services, cloud migrations, integration platforms, data and AI initiatives, modernizing legacy systems, or establishing secure and scalable infrastructure.

You may also lead projects within Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, work with API-based integration solutions, DevOps initiatives, cybersecurity, network modernization, or the implementation of modern platforms for data and analytics.

What these assignments have in common is that they require a project manager who can create structure without losing pace and who can translate technical discussions into business decisions.

We believe you recognize yourself

You have worked with technical IT projects for many years and feel confident leading deliveries where multiple development teams, architects, business representatives, and external vendors collaborate.

You likely have at least eight years of project management experience and are accustomed to taking responsibility for planning, budget, resources, risk management, and delivery. At the same time, you have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy diving into new solutions and technical environments.

You don't need to be a specialist in all areas, but you have experience from one or more of today's modern technology landscapes, such as cloud services, system development, integrations, data, AI, cybersecurity, or infrastructure.

Technology areas we often work with

We would appreciate it if you have experience from one or more of the following areas:

• Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• System development and modern application landscapes.
• Integrations, APIs, and message-based architectures.
• Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data platforms.
• AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or modern digital workplaces.
• DevOps, CI/CD, and automated delivery flows.
• Infrastructure, networks, data centers, or hybrid IT environments.
• Cyber Security, IAM, Zero Trust, or security-related initiatives.

If you also have experience with agile delivery models, Jira, Azure DevOps, SAFe, Scrum, or project management certifications, we view this as a merit.

Technological development moves quickly, and therefore we believe the best project managers are those who continue to learn. You don't need to know everything, but you are curious, ask questions, and enjoy understanding how new technology can create business value.

You are communicative, unpretentious, and have an easy time building trust with both technical specialists and the business side. When challenges arise, you are the one who contributes structure, calm, and clear prioritizations.
