We are now looking for more Business Systems Project Managers with experience leading complex implementation and transformation projects within ERP, CRM, and other business systems.

We are not hiring for a specific assignment. We are looking for you who want to be part of our network of senior consultants and be ready for the next exciting opportunity.

As a project manager within business systems, you are responsible for more than just a technical implementation. You lead change journeys that affect ways of working, processes, and organizations.

You work closely with the business to understand needs and goals, while coordinating development teams, solution architects, suppliers, and other key personnel. Your task is to create structure, make informed decisions, and ensure that the project delivers real business value.

At our customers, assignments can range from the introduction of new business systems and cloud-based platforms to the modernization of existing solutions, system consolidation, or international rollouts.

We work with customers in several different industries where business systems are a central part of the business. Projects can involve ERP and CRM implementations, migrations to cloud-based solutions, process improvements, integrations between business systems and other business-critical applications, or larger digital transformation initiatives.

Many assignments are carried out in international environments with multiple suppliers and stakeholders, where secure leadership and a good understanding of both business and technology are crucial for a successful result.

You have at least eight years of experience in IT project management and have worked with business systems or larger business-oriented digitalization projects for several years.

You feel confident leading projects where many different parts of the organization are affected and where change management is a natural part of the assignment. You have experience planning and monitoring projects, managing budgets, resources, suppliers, and risks, as well as creating clear communication between business and IT.

You understand how business systems support the organization's processes and have experience working closely with decision-makers, process owners, and business experts.

If you have experience with agile ways of working, hybrid deliveries, or project management certifications, we see it as a plus, but the most important thing is your ability to create results in complex change projects.

We believe you are a person who creates calm even when projects are complex. You are clear and have an easy time building relationships with people in different roles and at different levels in the organization.

You enjoy working closely with the business, have a business perspective, and are driven by creating solutions that work long-term, not just at go-live, but also in daily life after the project is completed.
