The most successful digital transformations are not primarily about technology. They are about people, leadership, and the ability to create direction when many interests, systems, and operations need to move towards the same goal.
At Edge, we collaborate with organizations facing some of their biggest change journeys. This can involve modernizing business-critical systems, establishing new digital ways of working, executing large-scale transformation programs, or creating entirely new digital capabilities using AI, data, and cloud services.
To meet the growing demand, we are now looking for more Senior Program Managers and Digital Transformation Leads who wish to become part of our network of experienced leaders.
We are not hiring for a specific assignment. We are looking for individuals who want to lead some of the market's most significant change initiatives.
When Change Becomes Your Most Important AssignmentAs a Program Manager or Transformation Lead, you rarely work on a single project. Instead, you are responsible for the big picture, overseeing several parallel initiatives that together drive long-term business development.
You become a strategic partner to management and operations while creating the right conditions for project managers, development teams, and business representatives to succeed. Your role is about creating structure, prioritizing correctly, managing dependencies, and ensuring that investments in digitalization lead to concrete business results.
With our clients, you will have the opportunity to work on extensive transformation programs within areas such as ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, AI, data, cybersecurity, integrations, and the modernization of business-critical systems. You lead change journeys where technology, processes, and people develop together.
Leadership That Builds TrustWe believe you are someone who feels equally comfortable in a meeting with executive leadership as in a workshop with architects, product owners, and project managers. You have the ability to create alignment even when different interests compete, and you know how to build engagement through clear communication and present leadership.
You have experience steering complex programs with multiple projects, many stakeholders, and high demands for quality, governance, and delivery. At the same time, you are pragmatic and know when decisions need to be made to create momentum.
We Believe You HaveYou have at least eight years of experience in project or program management and have led larger digitalization or transformation initiatives during your career involving multiple business areas. You are accustomed to working closely with steering committees and management groups, with a natural focus on business value, change management, and long-term development.
You likely have experience from larger organizations where complexity is a natural part of daily life and where deliveries occur in close collaboration between operations, IT, and external partners.
Experience with international programs, organizational changes, or large-scale implementations of platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, or other business-critical platforms is considered a major plus.

The most important factor is not which technology you have worked with, but that you have the experience and leadership required to deliver results in change initiatives where both people and technology need to develop together.
