Our clients are undergoing extensive digital transformation journeys where they modernize business-critical systems, migrate to the cloud, develop data-driven operations, implement AI solutions, and execute complex transformations requiring close alignment between technology and business.

To meet the growing demand, we are now looking for more experienced Senior IT Project Managers who wish to join our network of senior consultants and project leaders.

We are not hiring for a single specific assignment. We are looking for individuals who want to make a real difference in some of the market's most exciting IT projects.

You lead more than projects; you drive change

As a senior project manager, you are often the one who creates structure when complexity increases. You build trust between business and IT, bring people together around a shared vision, and ensure projects move forward even when conditions change.

With our clients, you can lead everything from digitalization initiatives and system development projects to larger transformation programs, cloud migrations, ERP and CRM implementations, or infrastructure investments. What these assignments have in common is that they require secure leadership, business acumen, and the ability to navigate organizations where many stakeholders need to work towards the same goals.

You will work closely with decision-makers, business representatives, development teams, architects, and external vendors. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibility, where you drive projects from early analysis and planning through to implementation, change management, and successful delivery.

Projects where technology meets business

Our clients operate in various industries, meaning assignments vary in both content and complexity. This can involve digital transformation, AI initiatives, development of modern cloud platforms, ERP and CRM solutions, cybersecurity, data and analytics, integration platforms, or modernization of business-critical systems.

Regardless of the technology, the core of the assignment remains the same: creating long-term value through well-executed projects where people, processes, and technology develop together.

Who do we think you are?

We believe you have worked as an IT project manager for many years and feel confident leading complex deliveries where both business and technology are crucial to the outcome. You likely have at least eight years of project management experience and are accustomed to taking responsibility for budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholders.

You do not need to have worked in all technical areas, but you are comfortable leading technical teams and engaging in dialogue with developers, architects, product owners, and business owners. You understand how technology supports the business and have the ability to translate business needs into concrete project goals.

Experience in areas such as AI, cloud services, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, integrations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or large-scale digitalization initiatives is certainly a plus, but the most important factor is your ability to create momentum and build trust.
