Snaten Lantbruk AB/Vallens Gård is located just outside Ljusdal in the beautiful nature of Hälsingland. Currently, the farm cultivates approximately 1,700 hectares of arable land for the production of silage, feed grains, and whole grains for the farm's dairy herd. The herd currently consists of approximately 1,200 milking cows, plus dry cows and replacement heifers. In addition to milk and feed production, we manage forestry and produce biogas and vehicle gas.

Our cows are milked in robots, and our calves are kept in a group system with foster mothers from approximately 1 week of age.

Our barn team consists of approximately 12 Swedish-speaking young women and men.

Vallens Gård has been in an expansion phase for many years, and our latest barn construction was put into operation in June 2025. We work actively with animal welfare and animal health, and to continue developing this work, we need to strengthen our barn team.

We are looking for you who want to work with the daily care of cows, calves, and replacement heifers. The ideal candidate is responsible and interested in working with dairy cows. Previous experience is an advantage.
