WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

Work within Housing and Support, LSS group homes, or social psychiatry.

Tasks

Within Housing and Support, you can work as an Aspirant, Habilitation Staff, or Rehabilitation Staff.

Your users here may consist of both older and younger people with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace can be in a group home, service housing, short-term/leisure facilities, or in the user's own home. Examples of tasks include supporting the user in their daily life, leisure activities, as well as care and nursing duties.

The tasks are standard duties found within healthcare and social care. Scheduled working hours (day, evening, night, and on-call shifts may occur).

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old. It is meritorious if you have an educational background from the Nursing Program or equivalent, or alternatively, if you have previously worked in healthcare. It is also meritorious if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation.

As a person, we want you to be flexible, sensitive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and to have good interpersonal skills. You should also find it easy to collaborate with managers, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work equally well independently as in a group. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring users receive safe and secure care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A Category B driver's license is meritorious.
