About the role

As an employee here, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. In the role of merchandise controller, you are part of the drive-in team.

Your main tasks involve conducting checks on exiting vehicles.

Examples of duties

• Conduct checks to ensure that payment has been processed correctly.
• Be attentive to customer requests and needs.
• Be helpful on other departments when needed.

Your profile

• High school education or equivalent, along with experience in retail.
• Previous cash register experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of service and customer orientation, as well as knowledge of sales.
• You are meticulous and solution-oriented.

Working hours/Duration: Permanent. Part-time, 30 hours/week. Working hours include mornings, evenings, and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
