We are now looking for more drivers to join our team in Umeå. We are hiring full-time, part-time, and extra drivers. As an extra driver, you choose which shifts you want to work, but the company requires employees to have a minimum employment level of 10%. Full-time and part-time drivers work according to a continuous schedule.

Employment for these positions begins in August. Prior to starting, you will undergo training in the company's routines and equipment.

We are primarily looking for applicants who already hold a taxi license, but we also welcome those interested in obtaining one if they feel they are the right fit for our organization. For those without a taxi license, we offer assistance with studies (study materials, etc.) and cover the costs associated with obtaining the license (exam fees, medical examinations, etc.).

We are looking for the best drivers in Umeå. By "best," we mean someone who is not only safe behind the wheel but also delivers excellent service with a cheerful attitude. Driving a taxi with us is primarily about offering great service; it is a great advantage if you enjoy meeting customers and are socially inclined. You will have customer contact on every trip, playing a vital role in the daily lives of those using our services.

Our premium status is reflected in our excellent reputation among customers and drivers. Currently, our drivers have a customer rating of 4.7 out of 5. Maintaining high standards and quality results in a strong customer base and many trips. This strong foundation allows us to offer competitive salaries within the industry.

Your duties as a taxi driver will be to perform trips for Min Taxi's customers in Umeå and surrounding municipalities, providing the best possible service. Taxi driving is a highly service-oriented profession with significant customer interaction. It is easy to assume that taxi work mainly involves trips to and from bars on weekend nights, but this is only a small part of the job. With us, taxi work is primarily socially funded transport on weekdays. This includes medical transport for the region, school trips, accessible transport, and business trips for corporate clients. You will constantly interact with people, often being a key link in their daily routine to get to/from healthcare facilities, schools, work, etc.

We cover a large geographical area and operate traffic in much of Norrland (Northern Sweden). We have vehicles stationed in Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Vindeln, Vännäs, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik. Long-distance trips across municipal borders and large parts of Norrland are common. Currently, we have approximately 160 vehicles and about 300 employed drivers.

In addition to performing trips and caring for our customers, part of your job is to keep the vehicles you drive clean and well-maintained.
