We are now looking for more drivers to join our team in Umeå. We prefer candidates with a minimum employment degree of 10%. As an extra driver, you have significant influence over your working hours. You can choose very freely which days and times you want to work. Whether you are interested in full-time or part-time positions, we are open to discussing that.

Employment for these positions can start as soon as possible. Before starting, training in company routines and equipment will be conducted.

We are primarily looking for applicants who already hold a taxi license, but we also welcome applicants interested in obtaining a taxi license if they feel they are the right person for the organization. For those who do not yet have a taxi license, we offer support with studies to obtain one (study materials, etc.). We also cover the costs associated with obtaining the taxi license (exam fees, medical examinations, etc.).

We are looking for Umeå's best drivers. By "best," we mean someone who is not only safe behind the wheel but also delivers excellent service and takes care of our customers with a cheerful attitude. Driving a taxi with us is primarily about offering good service, and it is a great advantage if you enjoy meeting customers and are socially inclined. You will be in contact with customers on every trip, playing a key role in the daily lives of those using our services.

We are a premium brand within the taxi industry, and you will be our face and an ambassador for the company, which is why we have high standards for you. Being a premium brand is reflected in our excellent reputation among both customers and drivers. Currently, our drivers receive an average customer rating of 4.7 out of 5. Maintaining high standards and quality means we have a strong customer base and many trips. A strong customer base and high volume of trips also mean that we offer competitive salaries within the industry.

Your duties as a taxi driver will be to perform trips for Min Taxi's customers in Umeå and surrounding municipalities, providing the best possible service. Taxi driving is a highly service-oriented profession with significant customer contact. It is easy to assume that taxi driving mainly involves trips to/from bars on weekend evenings, as this is often what private individuals associate with taxis. However, driving a taxi with us primarily involves performing socially subsidized transport on weekdays. This includes medical trips for regions, school trips, and transport services for municipalities, as well as business trips for corporate clients. You will constantly interact with people and often play a key role in their daily routines, helping them get to/from healthcare facilities, schools, work, etc.

We cover a large geographical area and operate traffic in most of Norrland. We have vehicles stationed in Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Sollefteå, Vindeln, Vännäs, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik municipalities. It is not uncommon for us to have many longer trips across municipal borders and large parts of Norrland. Currently, we have approximately 150 vehicles and about 250 employed drivers.

In addition to performing trips and taking care of our customers, part of your job is to keep the vehicles you drive clean and well-maintained.
