About Us
FactoryTHN is a newly established company with deep roots in Stallbacka, Trollhättan – the place where SAAB was once developed and built. And now, we continue to grow.
We are increasing our number of employees, developing new areas of operations, and receiving more assignments. Therefore, we are now looking for an engaged cleaner who wants to become an important part of our team.
About the Role
As a cleaner at FactoryTHN, you work on-site at our customers' premises and are responsible for creating clean, pleasant, and well-maintained environments. Our assignments include, among other things, office spaces, industrial properties, common areas, and other operational environments.
FactoryTHN is responsible for cleaning in our own properties as well as at external customers. This means a varied job where you get to work in different environments and meet different customers. You work both independently and together with colleagues, where quality, service, and professional conduct are always in focus.
Who We Are Looking For
- Has experience in cleaning, preferably in both office and industrial environments.
- Is meticulous, responsible, and has an eye for detail.
- Thrives working independently and taking ownership.
- Is service-oriented and enjoys building good customer relationships.
- Has good teamwork skills and contributes to a positive work environment.
- Has a valid B-driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Floor care, such as scrubbing, polishing, and waxing.
- Deep cleaning and thorough cleaning.
- Window cleaning.
- Experience with cleaning machinery.
- SRY or PRYL certification or other training in professional cleaning.
