Hörninge Gård AB is now looking for team members to join our staff. You will be responsible for daily tasks on the farm, which consists of 360 cows. The milking is handled by seven newly installed Delaval WMS 300 robots, equipped with the latest technology for monitoring estrus and animal health.

The farm has approximately 400 young stock raised in loose housing. They are fed via an automated feeding system, and the male calves are sold at three weeks of age. The youngest calves are raised in calf pens with individual igloos, depending on size, and are fed using a milk taxi system.

The crop farming covers 420 hectares, where we cultivate grass silage, maize, and cereals. Additionally, there are approximately 180 hectares of grazing land for the animals.

You will be part of a team of four people. The working hours are scheduled and involve continuous shifts, for example, 06:00–15:00 or 09:00–18:00, with work scheduled every third weekend. We place great emphasis on creating and following routines that we agree upon together. The barn is modern and equipped with new technology that facilitates daily animal care.
