About Us:

Welcome to Kam and Sax Vallentuna! We are a small, personal, and newly renovated salon with a fantastic location right in the heart of Vallentuna Centre. At our salon, customers are greeted by a fresh environment and a welcoming atmosphere. Today, we are a small team of 1–2 employees, which gives us a very family-like vibe and close collaboration. We are proud to have a fantastic network of lovely and loyal customers who appreciate our craftsmanship and high level of service.

Our opening hours are:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00–18:00
• Saturdays: 10:00–15:00
• We are always closed on Sundays and public holidays.

About the Role of Hairdresser / Salon Manager:

We are now looking for you who want to take on the role of our new salon manager and drive the business. This is a perfect hybrid role for you who love the hairdressing profession but also want to take greater responsibility and put your own stamp on the salon's daily operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creative hairdressing work behind the chair (women’s and men’s cuts, colouring, styling, eyebrows, etc.) with a focus on our wonderful customers.
• Maintaining and developing the good atmosphere and high quality of the salon.

Who are you?

We are looking for a skilled and confident hairdresser who is ready for the next step. Since we are a small team, your personality is incredibly important to us.

We would like you to have:

• Education within the hairdressing profession (Journeyman certificate or equivalent experience/education).
• A few years of experience working independently as a hairdresser.
• A structured work approach and a good sense for service and customer relations.
• Experience in leadership or salon management is a plus, but your drive and positive attitude weigh the heaviest.
