We are now looking for several Team Leaders in Nyköping!
About the role
ISS Facility Services AB takes over the cleaning services for various operations in Nyköping Municipality on October 26. As a Team Leader, you work closely with both customers and employees. You handle customer feedback and requests and actively work with quality follow-ups and quality controls. You have daily contact with employees as you play a key role in introducing new staff to the profession and ensuring that correct cleaning methods are used on an ongoing basis.
Other tasks included in the role include, among others, reporting absence, planning for substitutes, and material handling. You may also perform practical service work, such as substitute cleaning.

We are looking for you who have good leadership and collaboration skills, are outgoing, and find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and employees. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service.
We see that you have industry experience or experience from similar service professions. You should have a high school education or equivalent professional experience. It is also important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing and that you are a proficient computer user. You will also need to provide a certificate of good conduct (legal requirement for working in schools).
A B-driving license is a requirement. The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial 6-month probationary period.
