With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This job is perfect for you if you are looking for a part-time position with great flexibility. You can change your schedule up until 11:59 PM the day before you are scheduled to work.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can choose to work a lot or a little, often or rarely. The specific tasks you will be working on will be agreed upon when you are hired. You are always personally matched to your assignments based on your preferences and skills.

You manage your job easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have personal contact with our support team, who supports you before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely with a collective agreement and receive a thorough introduction before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You should have work experience. You must be ready to take responsibility and initiative and be willing to collaborate with others.
• You need to have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you must stick to the times you commit to.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then at least 1 day/week is sufficient).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in your work.
