With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. The job is perfect for you if you are looking for a part-time job with great flexibility. You can change your schedule all the way up until 23:59 the day before you are scheduled to work.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. We will agree on which tasks you will perform when you are hired. You are then always personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and skills).

You manage the job easily in our smart app. Additionally, you always have personal contact with our support team, who supports you before, during, and after the job. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You need to have work experience. You also need to be ready to take responsibility and initiative and be willing to collaborate with others.
• You need to have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You have great freedom to change your schedule – but you need to be ready to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet at work!

How to apply

Our recruitment process is modern, fast, and bias-free. You start by answering a few questions. After that, you receive an email with a link to our job test.
