With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This job is perfect for you if you are looking for a part-time position with great flexibility. You can change your schedule all the way up to 23:59 the day before you are scheduled to work.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can choose to work a lot or a little, often or rarely. The specific tasks you will work on will be agreed upon when you are employed. You are then always personally matched to your assignments based on your preferences and skills.

You manage the job easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who supports you before, during, and after work. You work securely with a collective agreement and receive a proper introduction before starting.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You need to have work experience. You must also be ready to take responsibility and initiative and be willing to collaborate with others.
• You need to have a completed high school diploma.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you must be ready to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet at work!
