To our facility, Hedesunda School in Gävle, we are looking for a flavor-conscious chef. In the school kitchen, approximately 250 lunch portions are prepared daily, served to the school and preschool. Breakfast and snacks are also served daily. We are looking for someone who cooks with heart, has a good sense of flavor, works in a structured and independent manner, is environmentally conscious, and is eager to share their passion and joy of work with colleagues.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Plan meals using the Mathilda diet program and order supplies via the web
• Cook delicious food and bake bread
• Ensure that regulations, routines, and policies are followed
• Assist in managing HACCP self-control according to routines
• Actively work to minimize food waste
• Maintain good order in the kitchen

Qualifications:

• You have relevant chef training and professional experience from large-scale kitchens
• You have good knowledge of special diets
• You have a structured and organized work style with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Other Information:
