WHAT WILL YOU BE A PART OF?
At Traktorservice, we create value for Swedish agriculture by being a one-stop shop for individual farmers. We offer inputs, feed, and top-quality machinery. We represent the industry's leading brands: CLAAS, HORSCH, METSJÖ, RAUCH, SCANSTONE, AVR, AGXEED, TREJON, KVERNELAND, and DALBO. We operate one of Europe's most modern feed mills, producing feed for various livestock. We share a common belief that we are stronger together and work towards long-term sustainability, quality, and profitability.
We are looking for you who are an experienced technician and have experience or a desire to develop in the role of Workshop Foreman. This is a combined role where you will work half the time as a technician and half the time leading and driving the business forward in close collaboration with our dedicated team.
YOUR ROLE
As Workshop Foreman, technical guidance and service are in focus. Part of your work involves supporting our service technicians with technical questions. You will be part of the workshop management team, collaborate closely with the Workshop Manager, and work towards clear quality goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical work with agricultural machinery
- Planning and leading work in the workshop and in the field
- Close collaboration with the Workshop Manager, sales, spare parts, and other departments within the company
- Contact with customers
- Administering work orders
- Leading and participating in on-call duties during peak season
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for you who have a strong technical interest and knowledge of heavy machinery. As a person, you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, working in a varied role, and have the ability to see solutions instead of problems. Collaboration comes naturally to you; you have clear leadership skills and enjoy guiding, engaging, and supporting people around you to create a good team spirit. To succeed in this role, you are motivated by challenges, have strong self-drive, and are attracted by responsibility and development. We would like you to have a strong technical interest and broad knowledge of agricultural machinery. Merits include:
- Experience from the agriculture or machinery industry
- Technical education, preferably in heavy vehicles or agricultural machinery
- Computer literacy and good administrative skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Category B driver's license (required)
