About the Role

Ikett is currently recruiting a Field Technician/Service Technician for our client just outside Lund, offering an exciting and varied position!

As a Service Technician, you will work with the service and repair of construction machinery, primarily out in the field in the local area, but also in the company's workshop. You will have the opportunity to follow the service process from start to finish – everything from handling customer contacts to troubleshooting, repairs, and registering work.

We prefer that you live in Kristianstad or the surrounding area, as many of our customers are located in this region.

Working hours are daytime, 07:00–16:00. The role involves some overnight stays. Start immediately or as agreed.

About the Company

The company is Sweden's leading private player in machinery trade for agriculture, industry, and construction. They are represented at approximately 40 locations in Sweden, from north to south!

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we believe you have experience with heavy construction and work as a mechanic. You preferably also have a foundational automotive technical education.

As a person, we believe you are service-oriented and accustomed to working independently and making your own decisions. You are meticulous, responsible, and solution-focused.

Requirements:

• Experience with mechanics, vehicle electrics, hydraulics, and welding.
• Category B driver's license. A Category C license is considered an advantage.
• Fluent spoken Swedish and the ability to read and understand English, as most manuals are in English.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, orderly, and have good collaboration skills, as the work takes place at our customers' sites.
