Service-Oriented Cleaner/Facility Maintenance Worker for Fagersta and Köping

We are now looking for a service-oriented cleaner/facility maintenance worker for our properties in Fagersta and Köping.
About the role
In this role, you will have a central position in the management of approximately 390 rental apartments in Fagersta as well as Ågången shopping center in Köping. You will work closely with the operations and play a key part in creating safe and pleasant living environments.
- Cleaning of outdoor areas
- Lawn mowing
- Cleaning of common areas and apartments
Who are we looking for?
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Experience in facility maintenance/cleaning.
- Ability to collaborate with others.
- Efficient and detail-oriented.
It is a plus if you have:
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong sense of service and good interpersonal skills
- Good planning skills
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Additional qualifications:
- Experience from the real estate industry
- Languages skills in Arabic or Somali
