We at Aleo are now looking for cleaners to join our team. With us, you will have an independent and meaningful job where quality, responsibility, and good customer service are at the center.

As a cleaner, you work with regular cleaning in private homes and create a clean, safe, and pleasant home environment for our customers. You work according to a planned schedule with recurring customers, with support from management and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities - What will you do?

In the role of a cleaner, the tasks may vary depending on the customer's needs. Examples of tasks that may be included:

• Home Cleaning - regular cleaning of the home according to schedule.
• Window Cleaning - cleaning of windows.
• Move-out/Move-in Cleaning - thorough cleaning of the entire apartment before move-in or move-out.
• Social Companionship - being a social support for the customer.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a heart in the right place and who enjoys working closely with people. To fit in with us, we would like you to have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Experience in cleaning - familiar with home cleaning, move-out cleaning, or window cleaning.
• Flexibility & Reliability - you can step in with short notice and are someone we can rely on in your work.
• Service-mindedness & Independence - you have a warm demeanor and a good understanding of the customer's needs, while working safely and efficiently on your own.
• Attention to detail & Responsibility - you take your work seriously, have an eye for detail, and ensure the work is done thoroughly.
• Stress resistance - you can handle pressured situations with calm.
• Digital skills - you are comfortable using mobile phones and other digital systems in your work.
• Driver's License Class B - you are a confident and experienced driver who can navigate traffic well.
• Cycling experience - you are a confident and experienced cyclist.
• Fluent in Swedish - you master Swedish in both speech and writing.

Employment and Working Hours

Employment: Monday-Friday
Employment Level: Part-time 50%
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:45
Workplace: You will be based at our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund Municipality.
