Founded in Stockholm in 2002, Al Dente has grown to become the leading destination in the Nordic region for authentic Italian cooking, wine tastings, and culinary experiences. Today, we operate seven venues, employ over 50 chefs, and welcome more than 25,000 guests annually.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of both floors (floors, surfaces, restrooms, kitchen areas).
• Dishwashing and handling of kitchen equipment during and after events.
• Organizing materials, utensils, and consumables.
• Ensuring the premises are always clean, welcoming, and ready for guests.
• Supporting the kitchen and event team as needed.

We are looking for someone who

• Is organized, reliable, and enjoys creating order.
• Has an eye for detail and takes responsibility for maintaining high standards in the premises.
• Can work independently but also collaborates effectively with the team.
• Has experience in cleaning, restaurants, or similar service work (meritorious but not required).
• Thrives in a dynamic environment where tasks vary.
