Job Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting through sanding, degreasing, and masking.
• Apply primer, filler, base coat, and clear coat according to manufacturer instructions.
• Troubleshoot and repair paint defects, scratches, and color discrepancies.
• Use spray equipment, paper and masking techniques, as well as heat and curing equipment.
• Collaborate with panel beaters, workshop managers, and customer reception to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow company quality routines and safety regulations, contributing to a clean and safe workplace.
• Document work in the workshop's digital system and report material consumption.

Qualifications and Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in automotive painting is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates with relevant education and a strong interest in the painting trade.
• Familiarity with modern paint materials and methods, as well as experience with spray guns and mixing, is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and structured in your approach to work.
• Good ability to collaborate in a team while also being able to work independently when needed.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid Class B driver's license is required.
