We are now looking for an engaged work instructor for Camp Nova, a day activity program under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Here, you will work in an environment where participation, development, and the individual's strengths are at the center.

As a work instructor, you will support and guide participants in making decisions regarding their day activity program under LSS in their work and activities at Camp Nova. Together with the participants, you will plan, carry out, and follow up on tasks based on individual schedules, goals, and interests.
The work is varied and adapted to the participants' needs and wishes. You will work both in groups and individually with participants. In some situations, the role involves providing more extensive individual support to participants, which requires security, flexibility, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
As a work instructor, you play a key role in creating motivation, participation, and development. You contribute to ensuring that participants have a meaningful, stimulating, and developmental day based on their own prerequisites.
Working hours are scheduled on weekdays.
We are looking for you who are educated as a youth leader, caregiver, or have other pedagogical education that the employer deems relevant for the position. Furthermore, we look for you who have work experience working with people within LSS, psychiatry, or other operations with a similar target group. You also have experience with low-affective handling and hold a B driver's license, as the position involves activities with participants.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC).
