Home Cleaners Wanted – Meticulous with an Eye for Detail

About the Role

Villoeco Städ is looking for a home cleaner who enjoys order, structure, and leaving a home with that special “wow feeling”. With us, home cleaning is more than just cleaning – it’s about being attentive, adapting to the customer’s wishes, and paying attention to the details that make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Home cleaning for private customers according to an agreed plan.
• Adapt cleaning to customer needs (different homes, different routines).
• Focus on details: surfaces, skirting boards, bathrooms, kitchens, and the overall impression.
• Restocking/organizing and creating a simpler structure in the home when needed.
• Self-control of quality and clear internal feedback.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is very meticulous and enjoys working methodically.
• Has a sense for detail and notices what others miss.
• Is service-oriented, reliable, and respectful in customers' homes.
• Has experience in home cleaning.
• Can communicate in Swedish or English.
• Has a B-driver’s license (meritorious).
