In this position, you will primarily work with TIG welding, although MIG welding may also be involved. The work is mainly performed in mild steel and involves a significant amount of finishing welding, so a keen eye for detail is essential.

You will become part of a company that highly values structure and planning. It is an advantage if you enjoy taking responsibility, staying ahead of the curve, and maintaining full control over your work. This is a long-term position with the goal of transitioning you to the client company in the future.

• Has experience with manual welding, preferably TIG (MIG is a plus)
• Is meticulous and cares about quality and finish
• Thrives in an organized work environment
• Has strong planning skills and can follow a schedule
• Has a technical interest and enjoys finding solutions
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

• Forklift license A1–4 and B1–4
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Good knowledge of Swedish (for safety and instructions)

• Welding licenses (not a requirement, but a significant plus)
