Your role with us

We are now looking for a Cleaner for Uppsalahem's eastern district. As a Cleaner at Uppsalahem, you are one of those who work closest to the customer. You enjoy meeting people and radiate joy in customer interactions. You contribute to our tenants' well-being by keeping the common areas of our properties clean and well-maintained. The tasks involve cleaning of, for example, stairwells, laundry rooms, and cellars. In your role, you are responsible for one or several residential areas, which gives you great freedom to plan your work independently. You usually work autonomously but are part of a tight-knit team, and sometimes we help each other with our respective areas.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have:

• a compulsory school education, while a high school diploma is meritorious

previous experience in cleaning work

• a B driver's license
• good knowledge of Swedish

If you have also completed training in the field, this is meritorious.

Since you will be in contact with our tenants, we want you to be good at communicating and show engagement and empathy. You are meticulous and responsible and can independently identify which work needs to be done.
