We are immediately recruiting a CNC Setter for our turning department.

The position offers work with modern machinery, providing great opportunities for development within a friendly team in fresh facilities. We are looking for new employees for both day and evening shifts.

FIG Metall is growing and continuously invests in new machinery and automation to maintain a modern machine park. Our fleet includes Mazak, Citizen, Nakamura, Miyano, and Brother. Experience with Mazak is particularly advantageous.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is technically interested, has worked as a CNC Setter, and has a technical education foundation, preferably with basic training in CNC/milling/turning. You should enjoy taking responsibility, be quality-conscious, work independently, and appreciate technical challenges. You handle working under time pressure well and have a desire to develop and excel in your role. It is important that you thrive in a team environment and are a team player.

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We have around 40 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 100 million SEK. The company has extensive knowledge in cutting processing such as turning, milling, wire EDM, hot pressing, component assembly, as well as tool manufacturing and design.
