About the role
Combine a summer by the sea with working as a breakfast chef at one of the country's most exciting new restaurant openings! We are opening the doors to the new Severins, where the grill meets the sea, and the day begins with an ambitious à la carte breakfast focusing on quality, flavors, and ingredients.
Severins features three open kitchens, three dining areas, a bistro, and a large sun terrace. We are looking for experienced and team-oriented breakfast chefs who want to set the tone for our guests' day, while enjoying one of the West Coast's most beautiful summer locations. The summer positions for breakfast chefs have several rolling start and end dates.
About you
You have a strong interest in food and ingredients and are passionate about creating a truly great start to the day for our guests. You thrive in an inspiring environment with high ambitions – from the à la carte breakfast to the evening dinner service. You are a positive and team-oriented person who wants to succeed together with your team. You have experience in the kitchen and à la carte service, work in a structured and quality-conscious manner – and look forward to combining cooking with a wonderful summer by the sea.
Details
Hours: 80% (working every other weekend)
